If you require an early arrival, please add as an ‘Optional Extra’ when making your booking.
This is charged at £15 for an arrival time of 12pm.

Our apartments make the perfect WFH space with bespoke filter coffee, a Roberts radio in each room, and free, unlimited wifi for you to pitch up from bed if you like!

Looking to wind down? You can stream as much Netflix as you like, and catch up on all your favourite shows on our flat screen Smart TVs - one in every bedroom and living room.

Hideout has 10 allocated parking spots.
These spaces operate on a “first booked, first served” basis, and can be added as an ‘Optional Extra’ when creating your booking.

Seasonal Gift Packages can be added as an Optional Extra when making your booking.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with:

• A bottle of wine/bubbles

• Locally handmade chocolates

• Bouquet of seasonal flowers

• Note of thanks from Hideout, or celebration card of your choosing

If you require a late departure, you can add this as an ‘Optional Extra’ when making your booking, or by getting in touch and quoting your reservation number.

This is charged at £15 per extra hour stayed, with a maximum of 2 hours available.

We’ve got the fabulous Trinity Market located right next door to us - The market houses a varied selection of goods, all from local Independent Traders.
Hours are 9:00 - 15:30 Mon - Sat.
Tesco Express is newly opened in the area, just a 1 min walk from Hideout across the main road, for all your express needs! Opening Hours are 7:00 - 23:00 daily.

Dogs are welcome at Hideout, in Apartments 3, 4, 5 & 6.
Dogs can be added as an ‘Optional Extra’ when creating your booking, for a flat rate fee of £30. A dog bed, blanket and bowl will be provided, these are to remain on the property at all times.
Guests bringing dogs may be asked to pay a refundable damage deposit.
If you wish to bring along more than one dog, please get in touch directly to discuss your needs.

We have free on-site laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. These are located on the Ground Floor, and can only be accessed 08:00 - 20:00.

There is also a Utility Room located on the Second Floor, and can be accessed 24/7 using your personal code, where guests can find irons, ironing boards, steamers and additional linen.

Hideouts fully-tiled bathroom suites include underfloor heating, controlled by you.
Heated towel rails, and back-heated mirrors, so no steamed up mirrors here! You can get ready with ease.
Organic skincare brand, Harvest, provide our shower gel and shampoo. Containing 100% pure ingredients, combined with powerful properties that take care of your skin.

All apartments have Super King beds.
These are pocket-sprung mattresses, handmade here in Yorkshire! With boutique hotel bedding and linens.

We can split the beds to accommodate as 2 x Twins should you prefer this. You can choose your preferred bed setup when creating your booking.

If you wish to drop off your bags, or leave them after check out, you can so do in the Laundry Area on the Ground Floor.
This area can only be accessed by guests using their personalised 4 digit code, so you will need to let a member of staff know when you intend to either drop off, or collect, your items.

Luggage can only be stored on site between the hours of 8:00 - 20:00.

We are a super central location, right at the heart of Hull’s Old Town.
Offering intimate views of Hull Minster & Trinity Square from your bedroom window, the buildings surrounding us in the area are one of a kind.

If you are sensitive to the noise of the church bells and passing street, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you with a back facing bedroom.

You should have everything you need on site.
You will be welcomed with a selection of teas, a bespoke filter coffee and milks for your morning hot drink. The apartment will have a bottle opener, salt & pepper, cooking utensils, dishwasher tablets, additional cleaning facilities, first aid kit - you name it! We’ve done our best to foolproof your stay.
